    We took Techire AI on a retainer to help with our first external hire. Up until that point we'd tried several other recruiters but without luck. This was for a very specific type of Research Engineer with a very specific background in generative modelling. Marc did an excellent job of understanding the brief. It took a bit of back and forth on CVs at the beginning but he quickly honed in on the profile we were after and the pipeline we ended up with had a high signal to noise ratio.     Techire AI worked on a retainer alongside this start-up for several years, starting from 2021 shortly after their inception and seed round through to Series B. 8 new hires in R&D, mostly in TTS / speech synthesis, speech recognition, and large-scale speech/language AI deployments. Hires came from companies such as Amazon, Apple, Meta, and start-ups.

    Techire AI worked with Rabbit to define the interview and hiring processes for the newly formed applied AI engineering team. As they didn’t have an internal recruitment team, we managed the whole process end-to-end. Headhunting and shortlisting applied engineering candidates for relevant requirements in different areas of AI (LLMs, Natural Language, Speech, Computer Vision). We conducted all first-stage interviews, managing the whole candidate process and offers. Offer acceptance rate of 83%. Successfully hired the first round of hires (5) for this team within 3 months.
